who we are

Castle Horizon Group is a founder-led acquisition and investment group, established in 2018. Over the past seven years, we have built and operated a group of businesses from the ground up — managing teams, navigating compliance, maintaining institutional relationships, and delivering consistent performance across a portfolio that has now grown to over £30 million.

We are an operationally active buyer. When we acquire a business, our intention is to provide the capital, management support, and long-term stability needed for it to perform at its best. Our in-house team handles day-to-day performance, staff management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder relationships directly. When a business joins the group, it is backed by the people, processes, and experience to support it properly.

Our senior leadership team brings together decades of experience across corporate finance, property development, operations, and public-sector engagement. The team holds executive and non-executive directorships spanning banking, technology, manufacturing, and corporate finance. Our operational and development capability has been built through years of managing complex, regulated businesses from inception. This is a team that has dealt with everything a business owner has dealt with — and more.
